Role & responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual First Year Premium (FYP) sales targets through broker partners.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with insurance brokers and corporate agency partners.
Identify and onboard current broking partners to expand the distribution network.
Conduct regular meetings with broker relationship managers and sales teams.
Provide product training and sales support to broker employees.
Assist brokers in customer need analysis and recommending suitable life insurance products.
Plan and execute joint sales calls with broker representatives.
Organize sales campaigns, contests, roadshows, and promotional events to increase business.
Monitor broker productivity and implement strategies to improve performance.




Ensure principal officers and broker representatives are IRDAI-certified wherever required.
Provide regular updates on products, underwriting guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for quick policy issuance.
