About the Role

Bridgeway Power Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager & Operations Coordinator to oversee end-to-end project execution and coordinate day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, customers, and management while maintaining project timelines, CRM records, documentation, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project execution and operational coordination.
Maintain and update all project records in the CRM.
Assign tasks to the operations team and track their progress.
Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Installation, and Accounts teams.
Coordinate with customers and provide regular project updates.




Monitor project timelines and ensure timely execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and project status reports.
Maintain project documentation and ensure process compliance.
Escalate delays or operational issues to management and drive timely resolution.

Required Skills
Solid project management and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Positive time management and follow-up skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Operations, or a related field.

Experience
3–6 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Coordination, or Project Coordination.
Experience in the Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Infrastructure, or Construction industry will be preferred.
