Job Requirements
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in line haul or logistics.
Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing and motivating a team of operations staff.
