MT E-Commerce Executive

Location: Pune

Responsible for handling day-to-day operations of Up-to-date Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory coordination, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
Manage POs, appointments, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
Verify debit/credit notes and coordinate with Finance.
Handle RTV process and returns.
Coordinate with factory, distributors, platforms, and transporters.
Upload invoices on portals and maintain PO sales trackers.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports. Support KAMs in listings and backend operations.

Qualification
Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BMS / BA / B.Sc).
Preferred: Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations background.




Excel or Inventory Management certification is an advantage

Skills :
Excel reporting tools knowledge.
Positive communication (Hindi English; Marathi preferred).
Robust coordination, planning, and time management.
Understanding of inventory and supply chain operations. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
