Handling of Critical care Cardiology products
Onsite training to Service dealers Customer support engineers
Handling, follow up, pre-installation planning for all Major supply at customer sites
Technical Support for installations
Field visits on installation problems and major supply issues
Maintenance follow up of PM visit directory
Coordinating with in house technical support team to address Major issues, critical problems, installation delays, tender queries, etc
Frequent failure analysis on all products Feedback analysis on service calls
CRM handling Open installation follow up open call analysis
