Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage customer implementations, GPS installations, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics or operations, be customer-focused, and be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and operations.
Coordinate GPS device installations with field teams and vendors.
Ensure smooth software implementation and customer go-live.
Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Monitor implementation timelines and ensure SLA adherence.
Track operational performance and identify areas for process improvement.
Coordinate with logistics partners and installation teams for seamless execution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.




Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements
2 3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Implementation.
Experience in coordinating field operations or GPS installations is preferred.
Valuable understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Experience in a SaaS, IoT, or logistics technology company is an added advantage.
