Position: Finance Manager | Debt & Equity Raising & Banking Relations

Role Overview

The Client is seeking a dynamic Financial Associate to support Debt & Equity fundraising, banking relationships, and financial documentation.

Ability to build 3 statement DCF Model from scratch

Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills, Power Point

Stakeholder management & Solid communication skills

Commercial acumen

Query handling capability

Research & Quantitative analysis

Build sell side 3 statement financial models from scratch for evaluating potential equity and debt transactions and act as key personnel for all queries and stakeholder management.

Assist the senior management team to take an informed decision on the projects funding proposals.

Build and review financial models for equity / debt fundraising for recent project capex, existing projects’ capex overruns and brownfield expansions.





Compiling PPTs for Investment Committee approvals and fundraising activities related to new, existing and brownfield projects.

Conducting quarterly valuation exercise for all Project SPVs including active stakeholder management and handling queries from various stakeholders involved.

Assist CEO in various model scenarios for potential bids of current, existing and potential projects.

Thorough analysis of financial statements including but not limited to Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Profit and Loss.

Understanding the market positioning of the business and its segments

Legal Documentation (Term Sheet, Agreements, etc) - involves working on detailed terms of the agreement
