We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I - Western to join our team at Azaya Beach Resort. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cooking and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility
Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop current recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary experience.
Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Job Requirements




Proven experience as a Commis I - Western or similar role in a qualified kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
