Role & responsibilities : Manage the Accounts Receivable function with a robust focus on accuracy, stakeholder coordination, and process adherence. The role requires close interaction with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth billing operations and timely resolution of issues, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability. Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in line with contracts, pricing agreements, and service deliverables. Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing data through validation with internal stakeholders. Monitor accounts receivable aging, identify risk areas, and follow up proactively for resolution. Perform customer account reconciliations and analyze variances to ensure ledger accuracy. Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts and ensure timely closure of open items. Act as a single point of coordination for billing-related queries from clients and internal teams

Preferred candidate profile : MBA (Finance), Semi-Qualified CA or CMA with experience in Accounts Receivable, Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis), customer invoicing.
