5 7 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firm
We are looking for experienced professionals with 3+ years on information strategy, data architecture, data modernization, data management, data operating model and data security experience across all stages of the innovation spectrum, with a remit to build the future in real-time.
Expert understanding of data platform strategy for data on cloud migrations, big data technologies, experience in architecting large scale data lake and DW on cloud solutions.
Understanding of big data frameworks like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (e.g., S3, Databricks, BigQuery).
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and MLOps practices is preferred
Understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time processing pipelines.
Functional understanding of data modelling, physical architecture and hosting workplace
Familiarity with data engineering tools (ETL / ELT) and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).




3+ years of experience leading or managing teams effectively including planning/structuring data architecture work, facilitating team workshops, and developing Data Analytics platform recommendations as well as developing POCs
Foundational understanding of data security and privacy is desired
Mandatory knowledge of IT Enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration
A robust understanding in any of the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources or equivalent domains
Cloud Data AI Practitioner Certifications (Azure, AWS, Google) desirable but not essential
