ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

The role owns prospect engagement, deal conversion, and long-term client relationships across refineries and chemicals (MRPL, MCF, KIOCL), Current Mangalore Port and logistics, the citys deep BFSI lineage (birthplace of Canara, Syndicate, Karnataka, and Corporation Bank), the Manipal healthcare and education ecosystem, and an emerging IT / ITES base. Partners closely with the Client Consulting Architect and regional sales pod to shape consultative, solution-led conversations. The ideal candidate brings sharp commercial instincts, strong regional market understanding, stakeholder fluency, and a bias toward execution.

Own a portfolio of enterprise prospects and clients across Mangalore and adjacent coastal Karnataka hubs (Udupi, Manipal, Karwar.
Lead outbound prospecting, qualification, and pipeline development across refineries, chemicals, port logistics, BFSI, healthcare, and emerging IT.
Pitch solutions and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees plant heads, IT decision makers, CXOs.
Drive commercial coordination, proposals, and pricing alignment with internal teams.




Negotiate and close deals with executive presence and clean handoffs.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal prospects across the account lifecycle.
Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasts, and disciplined pipeline governance.
Collaborate within the sales pod alongside consulting, pre-sales, and delivery team.

WHAT YOULL DO
3 6 years in B2B sales, account management, or enterprise relationship roles
Consistent track record against revenue targets
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder communication
Exposure to refineries, chemicals, BFSI, healthcare, or IT services preferred
Local market understanding across Mangalore and the coastal Karnataka enterprise base
Builder mindset, commercially sharp, execution-focused
