We are looking for a Memory Characterization Engineer with 4--5 years of experience in memory characterization. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in timing and power measurements along with exposure to SPICE/simulation tools.
A valuable understanding of Liberty (.lib) syntax and concepts is required. Candidates with experience in SRAM characterization and signoff flows will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform memory characterization activities
Work on timing and power analysis
Use SPICE/simulation tools for modeling and validation
Understand and work with Liberty (.lib) files
Support SRAM characterization and signoff activities
