JOB SUMMARY: this person will be responsible for overall Talent Acquisition for manufacturing starting from sourcing till onbaording INDUCTION.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
Collaboration with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Talent Sourcing Overall Recruitment of potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and skilled networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements.
Lead employer branding and candidate experience initiatives (Onboarding and Induction)
Coordination with Manpower consultants
Work on cost reduction.
Creating Talent Pipeline for future needs.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
QUALIFICATIONS
MBA in HR
Minimum Experience of 5 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in manufacturing industry.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and skilled networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle Recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
