Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Business Analyst with 5 6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of business solutions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Lead a team of business analysts (if applicable) and mentor junior team members.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business users and project stakeholders.
Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Conduct GAP analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed changes and enhancements.
Collaborate closely with product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, wireframes, and mock-ups.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, coordinating execution,



and tracking issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment between business goals and delivered solutions.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend automation opportunities.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while managing scope and risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 2 years in a lead or senior role.
Solid knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
Robust knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of data analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
