Key Responsibilities
Develop patterns for Soft / Plush toys.
Create and modify samples as per design references.
should be able to handle sampling team .
Ensure proper fitting, shape, stitching, and finishing .
Calculate fabric consumption and optimize material usage .
Required Skills
Experience in soft toy / plush toy pattern making & sampling.
Solid understanding of stitching and construction
Knowledge of fabrics, fur materials, fillers, and trims
Ability to convert designs into production-ready patterns
Preferred Candidate
Experience in soft/ plush toys manufacturing / export house preferred
