Client Servicing Manager (Mainline + Digital)
Experience: 6+ years
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Client Servicing Manager who can lead integrated brand
mandates across mainline (ATL/BTL) and digital platforms. The role requires strong strategic
thinking, team leadership, and the ability to manage high-value client relationships end-to-
end.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage key client accounts independently.
Develop and execute integrated brand strategies (Mainline + Digital).
Oversee campaign planning across print, outdoor, radio, activations, social media,
performance marketing, and digital campaigns.
Translate business objectives into robust creative and media briefs.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns within approved budgets.
Drive campaign performance reviews and present actionable insights to clients.




Build long-term client partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
Lead and mentor junior servicing team members.
Coordinate closely with creative, media, digital, production, and event teams.

Skills & Competencies
Robust understanding of both traditional advertising and digital marketing
ecosystems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
Strong project management and multitasking ability.
Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines in an agency environment.
Leadership and team management capabilities.

Preferred Background
Experience in an advertising agency (mandatory).
Exposure to handling multiple brands simultaneously.
Robust client retention and revenue growth track record.
