Job Summary:

The RFD Executive is responsible for fabric research & development, inventory

management, fabric quality assurance, vendor coordination, SOP implementation, and

supporting current product development for home furnishing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFD fabric inventory and ensure material availability.

• Source and develop fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Conduct fabric testing (GSM, shrinkage, color fastness, dimensional stability, etc.).

• Monitor and approve fabric quality for sampling and bulk production.

• Create and maintain SOPs for fabric handling,



testing, inspection, and inventory.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandising teams.

• Maintain testing reports, inventory records, and development documentation.

• Identify prospects for cost optimization and process improvement.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of home furnishing textiles and manufacturing processes.

• Fabric quality testing and textile standards.

• Inventory management and stock control.

• SOP creation and process documentation.

• MS Excel and ERP proficiency.

• Solid communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
