About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Non-IT Staffing to manage key client accounts, drive delivery, and ensure seamless hiring across BPM/BPO domains. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in BPM/BPO hiring, client relationship management, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow client accounts for Non-IT staffing requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure high service quality.
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for BPM/BPO hiring mandates.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closures.
Understand client requirements and provide effective hiring solutions.
Conduct regular client governance meetings and provide hiring updates.
Monitor SLAs, hiring metrics, TAT, and quality of delivery.




Build robust relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Resolve client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.

Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in Non-IT Staffing.
Hands-on experience in BPM/BPO hiring is mandatory.
Strong experience in Account Management and Client Handling.
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and delivery management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and hiring priorities.
Strong understanding of staffing KPIs, SLAs, and recruitment metrics.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners (0–15 days) will be preferred.
Experience working with staffing/consulting organizations is mandatory.
Solid negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
