Company provides support for infrastructure, statutory compliance, and the operational setting for group companies to start up and grow their business operations in India.
This position will be responsible for providing support in talent and culture-related activities, in the areas of talent engagement, culture building, and employee-related initiatives and engagement activities .
• Engagement with employees at different stages of their journey for better understanding on their journey.
• Conduct employee discussion around extended probation, exits and analysis to bring in a conclusion
• Engage with stakeholders to gather information and provide support where required.
• Plan and support employee programs based on employee needs and feedback.
• Organize & support employee events, celebrations, wellbeing activities, and recognition programs.
• Track participation, feedback,
and key engagement metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
• Support employee relations matters, including fact-finding and maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage the Buddy Program, including buddy selection, training, and recognition.
Manage & lead employee committees and drive active participation across locations.
Preferred candidate profile
4 to 6 years of HR experience with focus on talent engagement, employee relations & HR operations.
Need those that have worked or are working in only mid size organizations / MNC. Our approx. Head Count is 300.
Graduation in any field and PG/MBA in Human Resources.
Someone who is people oriented and has applied self at work. Intelligent. Added value( taken initiative with a reason).
