Co-lead Design and development of products using the CAD software such as PRO-E/Creo, AutoCAD, others. Basically Electro mechanical MCB, RCCB, Isolators, ELCB, RCBO, DBs Others.
Build Current idea, Innovations and design concepts
Act as system architect and develop robust product platforms
Ensure the designs are robust and meet the product specification requirements ( customer as well as regulatory )
Understand the Regulatory standard (IS/IEC 60898, 60947, 61009 )/ customer requirement and convert these requirement in the product /component design
Competitor product benchmarking and Data Analysis, Design Documentation and Change management
Technical Quality management of products.
Lead Design review and design optimization to achieve the cost target
Lead DFMEA and implement the outcome of the same in the Design
Interact with different stakeholders during recent product development Resolving quality issues
Component development/release with suppliers plants




Support to develop recent part product qualification requirements
Work closely with PMO to achieve the project time line
Implement the Six sigma and Poka-yoka approach in the design
Cost innovations/VAVE: General Cost reduction Idea through the Brain storming and technological Evaluation and Funnel all of them to possible cost reduction in the products
Liase with Government bodies, Institutes industries for Up-gradation of products, Standards, technology
End to End project management and People Team development
Others as prescribed by Management
