Role & responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on Solar PV installation as per the Suryamitra curriculum.
Conduct hands-on sessions on installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Solar PV systems.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and practical demonstrations.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and mentoring.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices during training.
Maintain trainee attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
Coordinate with project and academic teams for smooth training delivery.
Support placement activities and guide trainees on industry requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering training
Functional English oral and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Robust presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and motivate learners.
Willingness to travel, if required.
