Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior, highly experienced Insurance Manager with over 10 years of experience in the insurance sector to lead our operations, claims management, and underwriting portfolios. While experience across diverse insurance verticals is welcome, prior experience within the healthcare domain or handling health insurance portfolios is a robust plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Claims & Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end processing, adjudication, and timely settlement of insurance claims.
Underwriting & Risk Assessment: Manage risk evaluation, policy formulation, and underwriting guidelines to ensure portfolio profitability.
Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with brokers, TPAs, and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve escalations.
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:



Ensure all operations strictly adhere to IRDAI guidelines, statutory regulations, and internal audit standards.
Process Optimization: Drive efficiency in policy issuance, renewals, and customer grievance redressal workflows.
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and track the performance of a team of insurance executives and operations professionals.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Qualified certifications like III/ACII are an advantage).
10+ years of progressive management experience within an Insurance Company, Brokerage, or TPA.
Healthcare domain / Health Insurance experience is highly preferred.
Robust analytical, negotiation, and team-management capabilities.
