Gather and analyse business requirements related to Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA PP/QM solutions.
Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Configure and support SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling), including Embedded PPDS.
Configure and maintain PP-QM integration to support manufacturing business processes.
Work closely with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP module consultants.
Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support data migration, master data validation, and system integration activities.
Assist in Go-Live planning, hypercare support,



and post-production issue resolution.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Analyse and resolve production planning and quality management issues within agreed SLAs.
Ensure SAP solutions align with business processes and industry best practices.
Support continuous process improvements and SAP S/4HANA enhancements.
Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
