Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage data analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboard creation using advanced Excel skills.
Develop expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions to extract insights from large datasets.
Create accurate and timely reports for management review and decision-making purposes.
Ensure effective data management practices are followed throughout the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement through data-driven insights.
Required Skills:
Solid proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
