Key Responsibilities
Parent Counseling for Admission: Advise families on school curriculum, fee structures, faculty, and campus culture.
Application Management: Guide applicants through paperwork, review submissions, and coordinate entrance tests or interviews.
Campus Outreach: Conduct school tours, host open houses, and represent the institution at educational fairs.
Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions using student information systems to track enrollment trends.
Onboarding: Assist current students with the transition, enrollment, and orientation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: A Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, or Communications is typically required.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with an empathetic and patient approach to dealing with parents.
Organization: Solid multi-tasking and data management abilities to handle high volumes of inquiries and applications.
Sales & Public Relations: A target-oriented mindset with the ability to act as the "face" of the school
