Roles and Responsibility

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in product hiring.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as ATS systems and social media platforms.
