Role & responsibilities
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students.
Support students with emotional, behavioural and social concerns.
Plan and facilitate life skills and social emotional learning (SEL) sessions.
Work closely with teachers and parents to support student well-being.
Identify students requiring additional support and maintain appropriate documentation.
Promote a positive, inclusive and protected school setting.
Participate in school wellness initiatives and awareness programmes.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or a related field.
Prior experience as a School Counsellor, Student Counsellor or Counselling Psychologist is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and counselling skills.
Passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
