Role & responsibilities
Teach MBA courses in the assigned specialization (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations etc.).
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and conduct lectures, tutorials, and assessments.
Guide student projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.
Mentor students for academic and career development.
Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and industry interactions.
Perform examination duties, evaluation, and academic administration.
Support admission, placement, and institutional development activities.
Carry out other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Qualification & Experience:

Only Candidates with teaching experience will be considered.
Ph.D.



in Management/Business Administration from a recognized University.
MBA/PGDM with positive grade.
Qualification and experience as per AICTE/UGC norms.
At least 2 years experience needed

Preferred candidate profile
Solid subject knowledge and research aptitude.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor students and collaborate with industry.
Leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills.
