Qualification & Experience
B.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc. (Agri) / MBA
10 12 years of experience in Sales / Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual sales budget and execute monthly sales plans
Train and guide sales staff
Conduct regular market visits and maintain direct customer contact
Retain existing customers and develop new business opportunities
Conduct market surveys and implement creative marketing campaigns
Resolve customer issues and monitor credit recovery
Generate marketing reports for management review
Build solid relationships with farmers, dealers and distributors




Lead and monitor sales team performance in assigned territories
Achieve sales volume, revenue and profitability targets
Plan and implement advertising and promotional schemes
