Role & responsibilities

Product Package Configuration
Design, configure, and maintain nCino Product Packages for various commercial lending products.
Configure loan structures, product hierarchies, pricing components, credit facilities, and lending workflows.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate lending requirements into scalable nCino configurations.
Support implementation of recent commercial banking products within the nCino platform.

Covenant Management
Configure and manage Covenant Management records within nCino.
Support setup and monitoring of financial and non-financial covenants.
Track covenant compliance, reporting requirements, due dates, and exception management.
Collaborate with Credit Risk and Portfolio Management teams to ensure timely covenant reviews and escalations.
Maintain covenant documentation and compliance processes in accordance with regulatory and internal policies.

Portfolio Monitoring Operations
Support ongoing Portfolio Monitoring activities for commercial lending portfolios.
Configure and manage borrower reviews, annual reviews,



and portfolio tracking activities.
Generate portfolio reports, dashboards, and management information for credit and risk teams.
Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and process guides.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
48 years of experience in Commercial Lending platforms with at least 3 years of hands-on nCino experience.
Solid understanding of Commercial Banking and Lending Operations.
Hands-on experience with nCino (Salesforce) and Loan IQ.
Experience supporting end-to-end loan lifecycle processes.

Preferred candidate profile
nCino Administrator Certification.
Experience working with Commercial Banks or Financial Institutions.
Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management processes.
