Key Responsibilities:

1 .Supervise interior finishing works including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, painting, doors, windows, modular furniture, glazing, and decorative finishes.

2.Coordinate interior activities with civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection teams.

3.Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

4.Monitor daily site activities and ensure project milestones are achieved.

5.Plan manpower deployment and monitor subcontractor performance.

6.Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained.

7.Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities before installation.

8.Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

9.Identify and resolve site execution issues promptly.

10.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

11.Support project engineers and managers in achieving timely project completion.

12.Assist in snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

13.Maintain proper documentation, inspection records, and progress reports.
