Principal Architect
13 to 16 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 10 years of enterprise, full-life cycle in Architecture, design and development of large-scale applications.
Bachelor's / masters degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field
Proven hands-on experience for at least 7 years in common OOP programming languages (Java, Python or similar). Full-stack experience (e.g., React, Node.js, Angular) is a robust advantage.
5+ years’ experience in SaaS cloud-native product development, microservices architecture, API and event-driven development and best practices,
Strong hands-on experience in DevOps and production operability, including designing, owning, and supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based production systems.
Proven experience with observability, monitoring, and incident management in production environments, including Datadog (metrics, logs, dashboards), alerting workflows, and tools such as Opsgenie for escalation and resolution.
Strong cloud experience with AWS and additional vendors (GCP, Azure).




Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends
An in-depth understanding of Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud solutions and proven experience in the transition of an on-prem solution into a multi-tenant multi-cloud workplace.
Experience with SQL and No-SQL Databases
Experience with Containerized Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience in Serverless technologies like Cloud Functions, AWS Lambda, KNative, etc
Experience in complex problem-solving and multi-system problems.
Exposure to AI tools in development cycle and drive development excellence through the usage of AI tools.
Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills. Lead, coach & retain leaders and engineers in a global, cross-office environment
