We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Learning & Development to drive learning initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training programs for clinical and non-clinical employees, enhancing workforce capability, and supporting organizational growth through effective learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute Learning & Development (L&D;) programs across the organization.
Identify training needs through discussions with department heads and business leaders.
Design and implement induction, technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
Coordinate clinical and non-clinical training initiatives to improve employee skills and service quality.
Develop training calendars and ensure timely execution of learning activities.
Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Maintain training records, attendance, certifications,



and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training institutes to deliver high-quality learning programs.
Monitor training budgets and optimize training resources.
Prepare MIS reports, training dashboards, and monthly performance reports.
Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Learning & Development processes and training methodologies.
Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency mapping.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Robust organizational and project management skills.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external training partners.
Analytical mindset with experience in measuring training effectiveness.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
