Job Description :
To Analyze, Inspect and Grade inbound ingredients and manufacturing Ice cream and confirm that they are meeting with HAP standards as prescribed.
Job Responsibility
To test the raw materials and manufactured Ice cream and confirm that they are meeting with HAP standards or parameters as prescribed.
To ensure the accurate results of samples & report them to the manager.
To report the deviations if any found to QA manager for further process.
Preparation and presentation of reports.
To arrange timely calibration of measuring and testing equipments of laboratory.
Execute the Quality procedure effectively for achieving the target at minimum cost.
To validate the sampling collections procedure at the field.




To train the Field QA assistants regarding importance of samples to get accurate results of materials.
Ensure that the shop floor personnel follows all the norms and regulations of the organization.
Continual updation with FSSAI & other international standards on labeling regulations.
Maintain records for fulfilling ISO standards.

Key Interactions :
Internal : Production, Store, Logistics, HSE
External: Supplier, Certificates bodies, auditors.

Experience :
Educational Qualification : B.Sc or MSc-Chemistry / B.Sc or MSc- Microbiology
Relevant Experience: Fresher , 0 to 2 Years
