Supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse/hub.
Monitor and coordinate the work of drivers, helpers, and labour staff.
Ensure all loading and unloading activities are completed safely and on time.
Maintain discipline and productivity among the workforce.
Ensure the warehouse premises are clean, organized, and well maintained.
Monitor vehicle movements, arrivals, and departures.
Allocate daily work to labourers and drivers based on operational requirements.
Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed at the hub.
Report operational issues, delays, accidents, or damages to the Operations Manager.
Maintain attendance and daily activity records of drivers and labourers.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
Verify incoming and outgoing materials and maintain proper records.




Ensure proper housekeeping and security of the warehouse premises.
Monitor the condition of warehouse equipment and report maintenance requirements.
Handle employee and operational issues at the site and resolve them promptly.
Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned operational tasks.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and other stakeholders as required.
Prepare and submit daily operational and site status reports.
Maintain a protected, clean, and effective working workplace throughout the hub.
