The role:

We run 15+ concurrent projects for global clients, and we're adding one person to the delivery team who can carry real ownership across a slice of that portfolio, not just track tickets, but keep every workstream honest: on time, clearly communicated, and ahead of its risks. You'll work directly with the lead Scrum Master and interface daily with clients, engineering, and design across time zones.

What you'll actually do:
Run daily standups and sprint ceremonies for multiple teams spread across time zones.
Track risk across your slice of the portfolio and raise it two weeks before it becomes a client-facing problem, not the day it lands.
Turn messy, half-formed client requests into a explicit, structured set of requirements and next steps.
Write status updates a client can read in 30 seconds and trust completely.
Unblock work by coordinating directly across engineering, design, and client stakeholders.
Notice patterns and bottlenecks across projects and propose a fix before anyone asks you to.

We're optimizing for three traits above everything else. A candidate needs to be genuinely solid on all three, not two out of three.
Communication: can compress ambiguity into a short, exact update.



Writes and speaks like someone who respects the reader's time.
Analytical thinking: breaks down competing priorities and finds the real bottleneck, not just the loudest complaint.
Proactivity: moves before being told to. Flags the risk, drafts the fix, asks the sharp question without waiting for a ticket.
Stays composed managing 15+ concurrent workstreams and stakeholders across cultures and time zones.

Table stakes:
2 to 4 years in project coordination, Scrum/delivery, or client operations.
Working knowledge of Jira, Asana, or Monday, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Fluent, precise written English you'll live in Slack, email, and status docs.

What success looks like by day 90:

You independently own status reporting and risk escalation for at least 5 of the 15+ accounts, and zero surprises reach a client without you having flagged them first.
