Role Overview

The Buyer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with bidders, dealers, buyers, OEMs, and bank/NBFC sellers while ensuring smooth auction operations and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, dealers, OEMs, and financial partners.
Manage online auction sales, payment follow-ups, and NOC escalations.
Handle client accounts and provide end-to-end support.
Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of escalations.
Conduct regular dealership visits and coordinate with clients across the region.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in the automotive industry with BRM/CRM exposure.
Positive knowledge of two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and cars.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
