Role & responsibilities
Proper allocation of contracts to the team at the start of the month.
Regular tracking of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned pool/area.
Specific focus on straight flow cases.
Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, net off, credit cost/ reversal and roll rates & repo of assets
Strict adherence to repo process notes
Regular interactions with the targeted high POS customers
Generate, analyze & share the data with the team and drive performance through field teams.
Ensure adherence to collection process and legal guidelines
Trace out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process
Analyze the data, trends & come out with quick action plans
Continuously provide training and upskilling prospects for the team.
