Role & responsibilities
Plant Maintenance: Lead daily breakdown and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and high-speed bristle-tufting equipment.
Production Management: Monitor daily output, ensure plastic parts are made exactly to size, and reduce material waste.
Quality Control: Check that toothbrushes meet hygiene and safety standards by running automated stress and strength tests.
Team Leadership: Supervise plant technicians, organize work shifts, and ensure all safety rules are followed.
Spare Parts: Manage the inventory of mechanical spare parts and order replacements before machines break
