Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC angle line machines for processing tower angle sections.
Read and understand fabrication drawings, BOMs, and CNC programs.
Load raw angle materials and ensure proper machine setup.
Verify dimensions, hole locations, cutting lengths, and markings as per drawings.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities immediately.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.
Ensure material traceability and identification throughout the process.
Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Maintenance departments.
Follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards (5S).
Minimize material wastage and improve productivity.
