Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for end to end recruitment, screening and identify the candidate as per client requirement.
Source the Candidate through Job Portals, Job posting site, References Generating.
Explain the requirement of the company, explain the job profile.
Developing and Implementing recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs.
Ideal Candidate:
Must have excellent Communication skills
Ability to assess candidates technical ability; identify and match candidates’ behavioral traits
Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
Creative and resourceful to provide solutions to both the sales force and clients
Solid organizational skills
Team player
