Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of experience in handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing IT professionals across various technologies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a robust candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT positions.
Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews and client interview schedules.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
Follow up with candidates until onboarding and ensure smooth joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate documentation.




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring skill requirements.
Achieve hiring targets within defined TAT and quality metrics.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

Required Skills
15 years of IT recruitment experience with a focus on Contract-to-Hire hiring.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles across development, testing, cloud, infrastructure, data, ERP, and support domains.
Hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Foundit, etc.
Experience in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
