Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to current and existing customers.
Generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
Follow up regularly to convert enquiries into orders.
Coordinate with the sales team for order closure.
Achieve daily call and lead generation targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
Solid follow-up and relationship-building ability.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
