Job Title: UX Researcher

Job Summary

We are looking for a UX Researcher with 3 to 5 years of experience to plan and execute user research

that drives data-informed design decisions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both

qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to translate user insights into

actionable recommendations. Experience in the Automotive domain is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual

inquiries, and field studies.

Perform secondary research such as competitor analysis, market research, and industry

benchmarking.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop personas, journey maps, and research

reports.

Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to

inform product decisions.





Present research findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve user

experience.

Validate concepts, prototypes, and product enhancements through iterative research.

Required Skills

3 to 5 years of experience in UX Research for digital products.

Solid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies.

Proficiency with usability testing and UX research tools.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.

Experience in the Automotive domain is an added advantage.
