Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Distillation Vessel Operator for our Pigment Green 7 manufacturing plant located in Vapi, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in chemical plant operations, particularly in processes related to Pigment Green 7 production.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor distillation Vessel, ensuring productive solvent recovery processes.
Well versed with Solvent Recovery process
Manage and control boiler operations, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
Handle filter press operations, including washing and maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues promptly to minimise downtime.
Maintain detailed records of plant operations,



safety checks, and maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing plant, specifically in Pigment Green 7 or related pigment/chemical production.
Distillation and solvent recovery systems
Filter press operation and washing procedures
Boiler operation and control

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Commitment to plant safety and adherence to all environmental and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates with less than 7 years of relevant experience will not be considered.
