Nibe Limited is looking for a energetic and experienced HR professional to lead and strengthen our people practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise across the employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and organisational development. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with robust execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for leadership and critical business roles.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage employee on-boarding, performance management, and talent development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

• Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.

• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.

• Oversee compensation,



benefits, and annual performance appraisal processes.

• Maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation while driving process improvements.

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development.

• Prepare and analyse HR metrics, MIS reports, and dashboards to support business decisions. Desired Candidate Profile • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

• Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing setup is highly preferred.

• Exposure to HR transformation, organisational development, and change management initiatives will be an added advantage.
