JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities of Production Executive
Production Planning and Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities to align with business objectives.
Projection Initiation
Collaborate with the General Manager, Production, to initiate production projections.
Non-Conforming Product Management
Identify and address non-conforming products through investigation and corrective actions.
Corrective and Preventive Action
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
Production Oversight
Oversee and coordinate all production activities, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Quality System Implementation
Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of quality systems, including policies,



procedures, and standards.
Employee Motivation and Guidance
Inspire and guide employees to enhance production methods, equipment performance, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ensuring alignment with production goals.
Variance Analysis and Corrective Action
Analyze variances from each process order and implement corrective actions.
Resource Allocation
Assess and determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower for project execution.
Environmental and Food Safety Compliance
Enforce environmental and food safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
