Role & responsibilities
Support ESG strategy development and implementation in alignment with business goals.
Collect, analyze, and maintain ESG-related data and performance metrics.
Prepare ESG reports, sustainability reports, and disclosures as per applicable frameworks.
Assist in compliance with ESG regulations, policies, and industry standards.
Monitor environmental performance, including energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste management, and resource efficiency.
Support social initiatives related to employee welfare, diversity, inclusion, health and safety, and community engagement.
Coordinate with departments such as HR, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance for ESG data collection.
Conduct ESG assessments, audits, and gap analyses.
Track sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
Support stakeholder communication related to ESG performance.
Maintain ESG documentation, policies, and records.
