Role & responsibilities
Receive finished goods from the Production department and verify quantities and product identification.
Inspect packaging and labeling before accepting goods into the warehouse.
Store finished goods in designated locations according to FIFO/FEFO and warehouse procedures.
Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for dispatch as per delivery schedules.
Assist in loading and unloading vehicles while ensuring secure handling practices.
Update stock movement records in ERP, warehouse software, or manual registers.
Conduct daily stock checks and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory verification.
Report damaged, short, excess, or non-conforming finished goods to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper product traceability. 10. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Logistics to support timely dispatch.




Ensure shipping documents, delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch records are complete and accurate.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE while handling materials.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency.
Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Understanding of FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.

Basic knowledge of ERP systems or warehouse management software. Ability to prepare and verify dispatch documents.

Secure material handling practices.
