Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs in our CBSE-affiliated school. The candidate should be committed to inclusive education and capable of working collaboratively with teachers, parents and school counsellor.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess students with special educational needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Provide academic and behavioral support to students.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure inclusive teaching practices.
Conduct remedial sessions and monitor student progress.
Guide parents regarding intervention strategies and student development.
Maintain documentation and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines for inclusive education.

Eligibility




Bachelor's/Master's Degree
B.Ed in Special Education.
RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) Registration is mandatory.
CTET Qualified (Preferred).
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a CBSE affiliated reputed school.
Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD and inclusive education practices.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
